Ah, the videos. We asked our students to create videos that capture the uniqueness of Lawrence and convey the meaning of More Light!

After dozens of ideas were submitted and three finalists chosen, alumni and the campus community took a vote. The winner of the video contest was announced October 17 as the public phase of the campaign was launched.

And the winner is — More Light!, the brainchild of Alex Bunke ’09, Nikko Benson ’10, James Antony ’09 and Aneesh Chauhan ’09.

“Each video is spectacular in its own way,” said Joseph Brooks ’03, director of donor relations. “We could not be more pleased with the outcome, especially the creative story-telling that only Lawrence students can bring to a project like this.”

The More Light! video team received $3,000 cash prize for its award-winning efforts.
